The position of the hotel was great for us as, having visited Venice previously, this time we wanted to explore Cannaregio. The hotel was very clean and the social distancing measures at breakfast were excellent. The staff were friendly and helpful. We thought the hotel was very good value for money.

The location was very good. A mere 10-15 minute walk from the Rialto bridge and San Marco Sq. The appartment was very clean, well equiped and very comfortable. Highly recommended. Also in VOVID times, the owner was very well prepared and even provided masks and anti-bacterial gel for us. Everything was extremely well cleaned also.

The "standard" room and bathroom were very clean and quiet. Bathroom came with amenities, hairdryer and slippers. The hotel staff was helpful on arrival. The hotel is within a 5 minute walk to Piazza San Marco. Breakfast was served on the uppermost floor under the eaves of the property with rooftop views of Venice. Lots of places to eat are within a few steps of the hotel. For the money I paid it was a good deal.

We loved the place! The room had everything we needed - very clean and enough space. Lovely hosts and staff help you with every question. Great location to start all kind of tours - very well connected to the mainland infrastructure. Also a very dog friendly place close to a nice park. Very good value for the money. The breakfast was nice. We definitely come back for our next trip to this beautiful city.

(nothing for vegetarians, like some cucamber or slice of tomato🤷🏼♀️ could be great!) :) Great location!
